Who we are

What we collect
- Notify me: your email address.
- Partner and investor enquiries: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number, country, the type of partnership you are interested in, an indicative investment range (optional) and your message.
- Security information: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your browser type, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
Why we use it
- To send you news about Veld International and our destinations opening, if you asked for it.
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange calls and, where appropriate, share investor information.
- To keep this website secure and free of spam.
We process your information with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and in our legitimate interest of keeping the website secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
This website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides our spam protection. Email notifications are sent through our email service provider. These providers may store information outside South Africa; we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and for no longer than 7 years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@veldinternational.com. Every update email will include a link to unsubscribe. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
